1. The Introduction of the Product 

     The high density white masterbatch  is made up of unique resin for white color masterbatch , high quality 

titanium dioxide antase /Rutile, dispersant and lubricant and so on,

     This product has a high titanium content, wonderful brightness which does not easily become yellow, and is innoxious, flavourless, good dispersion and usage as well. 

     So it is widely used for milk film, casting film, straw, injection molding, pipe and also can be used in the plastic products which are mostly based on PE, PP, EVA, PS and ABS.  At present, Some series of these  products have passed the detection of SGS and every aspects of them could fit the European Health Standards completely.

       Titanium Content: 30%-70%

       Melt Index: MI(g/10 min) 2min

       Water Content: (Volatile Component ) %<0.15

       Heat Resistance ≥ Grade 4

       Mobility ≥ Grade 4

       The Degree of color : 102%

3. Methods of Application 

    Mixed completely according to certain proportion

4. Recommended Proportion:

   1%---4%.( Users can also adjust this proportion according to your requirements for color )
